Maureen Wabnitz

Maureen joined the Commercial Team in August 2011 after retiring from a successful career in banking for more than 30 years.  Her long-term banking expertise as a Vice President and Business Relationship Manager, working with businesses with revenues of up to $5 million, focusing in the Seminole County market provided her clients with a professional commercial lending and banking experience. These financial skills helped her make an easy transition to the Commercial Real Estate market. Maureen is a board member and 2016 Vice President of Operations of the Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors (CFCAR).  She is also a member of the Seminole County Regional Chamber of Commerce, the National Association of Realtors (NAR).  In addition, she is a Founding 100 member of the Eden Spa at Florida Hospital Altamonte Springs.
